okay i gonna get working on this goal again. This is probably one of the easier goals on my list. ill try to stretch every day.

Okay… I pulled my hamstring.. loooks like this goal is going on a bit of a hiatus
This is taking a lot longer than I expected, because I forgot I am lazy. So basically I only am stretching like 2times a week. Still got a bit of the way to go.
On the front splits I think I am under a foot now, but the middle splits are killing me. I dont even feel a stretch before my hip joint reaches its maximum. Just trying to figure a way around my stupid joints…o_0
but I think I got a couple inches lower. Instead of having to support myself with the tips of my fingers, I can use my knuckles.
Not really stretching middle splits that much..
I heard that one way you could do it is lay with your legs in a V up against a wall with your back on the ground and let gravity stretch. I think i might have to try it…
Yea so do you guys if you need to warm up before doing the stretches?? Sometimes I just dont have the time to do a full warmup or anything, but i want to stretch. I just dont want to injure myself or anything…
Just started stretching 4 days aog…. Starting out I was about 16-17in from the ground with the spilts with the leg in front. Now that i have been stretching for 4 days, I think I might have some improvement. The middle splits are killing me…><
