Whohoo!!!!

Last night I did the TaeBo Boot Camp Basic Training tape (really difficult) and this morning I did 45 minutes of cardio. Tonight I will do my Pilates tape. I’ll take a break on Thursday since I have to have an endoscopy done to determine if I have an ulcer. But on Friday, I’ll be back in the gym that morning doing 45 minutes of cardio and a full body strength training.

I did not go to the gym as planned, I can’t go tonight because I have to take my son to the doctor, and I can’t go tomorrow morning because I have to speak to my son’s teachers at 7:15 am.

I’ll try to go tomorrow after work….we’ll see..

I’m going to the gym at 5:45 am tomorrow. I will do 45 mins. of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting (lower body). I have to make up for how I pigged out this past weekend.
