I haven’t quit completely but I went from twice a week to twice a month.

I had to post-bowl tonight because we missed league last week while we were in San Diego. No urge to have a beer but then again I wasn’t actually bowling league, just me and hubby there.
I have league tommorow night, I think I’ll be ok.
I’m only on day 2…...
I have started a diet again, thing is this time its working out pretty good, except for bowling night when the urge to drink is always there. I drink, get a good buzzon then go home and eat everything I can. So I tell myself I wont drink as much or I want to stop but next bowling night-”I’ll just have a couple” or I say I’ll drink on this league but not that one(I’m in 3 leagues) but I have been drinking every time at all 3 leagues and then blowing my diet on top of it, spending money(beer at the alley isnt cheap),acting stupid around my hubby who doesnt drink and hasnt in years, feeling like crap in the morning not only cuz I pigged out but just plain ol sluggish and dont feel like working out. It’s getting in my way, I want to stop!
