I’m shocked to discover just how bad a habit my eating is. I’m constantly thinking that I fancy something to eat, then stopping and asking myself sternly if I’m actually hungry, and most of the time the answer is no.
I guess the idea is to figure out what it is I want to achieve from eating, and find another way to achieve it. Most of the time it’s boredom, I think. I must try to find myself something else to do, to keep busy.
