I need to take my iron supplement REGULARLY!! 3 months ago

I think this has lots to do with that flat feeling when I just feel like curling up in bed at 16:00 in the afternoon…



Right now ... 9 months ago

Feel very tired and lethargic … like I could happily crawl into bed. Am going to eat some fruit/yoghurt/muesli and see if this makes a difference.



Today ... 10 months ago

Morning
I ate breakfast
I ate a banana at about 11
I drank 0.5L water

Lunch:
Sushi
Green tea
Espresso
0.5 L water

Afternoon:
Will eat an apple with yogurt

Dinner:
Will keep it light – a salad



What I am going to try... 10 months ago

1. Avoid late-night high fat meals (to have more energy on waking)
2. Keep body hydrated (try to drink 2L water each day)
3. Prevent dips in blood sugar by eating every 4-5 hours (or every 2-3 hours if hypoglycemic)
4. Stick with high quality carbs: vegies, fruit, beans, peas, lentils, brown/white rice, oatmeal
5. Increase foods rich in soluble fibre (e.g. oats, brown rice, apples, oranges, carrots, peas, beans)
6. Incorporate protein with meals and snacks whenever possible (
