Made it tues evening … almost fell asleep during the end relaxation so must have been pretty relaxed.



Have now been to 5 classes since 18 Oct... 2 weeks ago

... which means 5 classes in 6 weeks … which means I am getting to yoga at least once a week!



Have used 3 classes so far on my 20 class pass.. 1 month ago

... yoga is one of the few things that really helps me to shut off all the crazy stress related stuff

Went Saturday AND Sunday … 3hour yoga marathon! Set me up for the week. Also bought a 20 class pass … on my way to flexibility and a ‘whatever’ attitude :))

4th week of Sept... 2 months ago

...and finally made it to yoga on saturday. It’s a 1 1/2 hour session with a fabulous instructor. Would love to get there every saturday …

Monday – On account of waking up at the wonderful early hour of 6:53am, I actually did around 15min of yoga. I think getting up early is the way to go to fit this kind of thing in each day …

Tuesday – Got up early and did a bit of yoga again. Would love to get up even earlier and go for a run though!!



1st week Sept 3 months ago

went to yoga last night. It’s this late class on a Tues evening that I know I can get to. I do need to get more organised with eating something a couple of hours before I go though – othewise I get home starving, scoff down some pasta super late and don’t sleep properly!



no yoga last week and none this week so far! 3 months ago

Has been hard to get to yoga … it’s so hot and with all the other goals of running and gym and the odd swim it’s just not happening at the moment
