Made it tues evening … almost fell asleep during the end relaxation so must have been pretty relaxed.

... yoga is one of the few things that really helps me to shut off all the crazy stress related stuff
Went Saturday AND Sunday … 3hour yoga marathon! Set me up for the week. Also bought a 20 class pass … on my way to flexibility and a ‘whatever’ attitude :))
...and finally made it to yoga on saturday. It’s a 1 1/2 hour session with a fabulous instructor. Would love to get there every saturday …
Monday – On account of waking up at the wonderful early hour of 6:53am, I actually did around 15min of yoga. I think getting up early is the way to go to fit this kind of thing in each day …
Tuesday – Got up early and did a bit of yoga again. Would love to get up even earlier and go for a run though!!
went to yoga last night. It’s this late class on a Tues evening that I know I can get to. I do need to get more organised with eating something a couple of hours before I go though – othewise I get home starving, scoff down some pasta super late and don’t sleep properly!
Has been hard to get to yoga … it’s so hot and with all the other goals of running and gym and the odd swim it’s just not happening at the moment
