Day 1 – 7:25
Day 1 – 7:25 – Had to be in the office by 8:30 so getting up early today a no-brainer.

Day 1 – 8:00
Day 2 – 8:00
Day 3 – 7:31
Day 4 – 7:51
Day 3 – 7:31 – The only good day this week so far! Got up and made fab breakfast. Need to need to need to do this more!! Have been going to bed before 11pm the last couple of nights, so definitely feeling more and more rested. One more sleep til the weekend yesssssssssssss….
Day 1 – 7:35
Day 2 – 7:45
Day 3 – 7:42
Day 4 – 7:53
Day 2 – Was super stressed this morning. I would really like to use this to motivate me out of bed instead to staying curled up for that extra 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 minutes. In that extra 35 minutes I could listen to some music while leisurely making breakfast and drinking my coffee. And maybe read something.
Day 1 – 6:25am
Day 2 – 7:05am
Day 1 – 6:25am … because I had to. nightmare. still tired!!
Day 2 – 7:05am – again because I had to. Thought I would be late, but super train connection at 8am got me to my meeting on time.
Day 1 – 6:53am
Day 2 – 7:16am
Day 3 – 7:30am
Day 4 – 7:45am
Day 5 – 9am
Day 1 – 6:53am – you wouldn’t bloody believe it would you?! but I DID it!! my sleeping patterns were a bit of a mess this weekend and I have no idea if I can keep it up … but a start is a start.
Day 2 – 7:16am – also really pretty good. Perhaps this is the week when things turn around with this goal?!!!
Day 3 – 7:30am – slowly falling off the wagon! 7:30am still not too bad though…
Day 4 – 7:45am – really tough getting up this morning – I worked out last night and this is probably the reason – body needed as much rest as possible…
Day 5 – 9am – I had the day off; I slept in; and I have to say, it felt lovely!! But it was a one-off…
Day 1 – 7:30
Day 2 – 7:52
Day 3 – 7:45
Day 4 – 7:10
Day 5 – 7:29
Day 1 – 7:30 – cracking start to the week! Was in bed by 22:45, so got more than my 8 hours … had a decent amount of energy on getting up…
Day 2 – 7:52 – not great. Definitely noticed how much better it was getting up earlier yesterday.
Day 3 – 7:45 – well, what can I say, 7 min earlier than yesterday. Progress is progress.
Day 4 – 7:10 – okay really did not have a choice today due to 8am meeting. I always find it extraordinary that when I have to be in the office by 8, I always manage to crawl out of bed before 7:30.
Day 5 – 7:29 – and actually far too late to get to training session on time. Crap.
Day 1 – 7:50
Day 2 – 7:40
Day 3 – 8:12
Day 4 – 7:55
Day 5 – 7:10
Average – 7:53am
Day 1 – 7:50 – absolute disaster. I HATE MONDAYS and was not even vaguely inspired to jump out of bed and greet the world this morning. Curl up in a ball and try to ward off mondayitis more like it …
Day 2 – 7:40 … vaguely better … one small step for mankind and all that
Day 4 – 7:55 …. ARRRRRRRRGH what happened to me? Started off so fabulously in Aug and it’s all gone down the loo!
Day 5 – 7:10 – I HAD to because of 8:30am meeting in the office!! URGH. BUT I DID IT!
Day 1 – 8:00
Day 2 – 7:37
Day 3 – 7:47
Day 4 – 7:30
Day 5 – 7:32
Average – 7:49am
Day 1 – 8:00 … utterly crap. Was in bed by ca. 11:40pm, but was quite knackered from sunday evening run plus too much pasta at around 10:00pm (so poor digestive system had to work hard during the night). No more late meals!
Day 2 – 7:37 … not great, but better than yesterday. Was in bed after midnight. This seems to happen continuously. Need to aim for one hour earlier…did not eat late so slept well.
Day 3 – 7:47…even worse. And I went to bed at around 11:30pm too. I was incredibly tired this morning; not sure why. Ate quite late after getting back from yoga – was after 10pm. Urgh.
Day 4 – 7:30 … have decided to follow the advice of forcing myself out of bed at the same time every day irrespective of what time I go to bed!
Day 5 – 7:32 … went to see Julie and Julia … got to bed between 11 and 11:30pm. Was utterly knackered. Was really tough to wake up for some reason. But all in all a good finish to the week. Wonder if I can keep this up on the weekend? I’m gonna try …
Day 1 – 7:30
Day 2 – 7:20
Day 3 – Can’t remember

Day 5 – 7:00

Day 2 – 7:20 … was again in bed by 11:30pm … if I can get up 5 min earlier each day this week, will be super happy with my progress!
Day 5 – 7:00. I had to because of an 8am meeting!
Day 1 – 7:35
Day 2 – 7:20
Day 3 – 7:46
Day 4 – 7:42
Day 5 – 7:46
Average – 7:38am
Day 1 – 7:35 AGAIN! was again super late in bed – 12:30am … bad.
Left for work at around 8:40.
Aiming for 7am tomorrow!
Day 2 – 7:20 … not bad; still v late in bed (was almost midnight!)
Day 3 – 7:46 – was in bed at 12:30am … disasterous! Tonight in bed at 22:30, up by 7 tomorrow!!!
Day 4 – 7:42 ... again in bed just after 12 … one day left this week to sort myself out!
Day 5 – 7:46 – bad bad bad.
Was in bed between close to midnight and 12:30am every single night this week. Thurs night – BBQ with friends, Wed night – lake and beergarden Tues night – lake and beergarden Mon night – gym Sun night – lake … maybe it’s a summer thing?
