I feel I am on a good path to achieving this goal, I do my Callanetics at night, and 100-1000 crunches depending on if i went to the gym. I run twice a week about two to three km. Haha, I guess I need to work on my running too. At the gym I like to concentrate on my arms and my legs. Espeically my thighs.
