I need to be able to sit down and practice silence meditation for at least 30 min a day.

Yesterday during my lunch break at work I waslked out to a bench and read a little from How To Free Your Mind by Thubten Chodron and reflected on the few paragraphs I read. I began to mediate but was only able to keep my concentration in intervals…
