learn to drive a stickshift

as of this past may, i took the plunge and got a stick – wooo. been learning since. been fun so far, and no major mishaps knocks on wood – i’m still learning cause i get to drive it only a few times a week, but i’m def more comfortable driving it already (when first began i was so nervous each time i went to drive it – my hands would be shaking afterwards, hah). i hope to get really good at it and to the point where driving it comes naturally w/o a thought, just as driving automatic was. :-D

i kinda learned how to drive stick one summer day a few yrs ago from a friend. i got a bit the hang of it, but couldnt get the car to not stall/turn off whenever i came to a stop at a sign or light, haha.

so, ive gotta learn how to drive it w/o any mishaps like that, and be even more comfortable with it yet. but at least ive got the basics down for starters.
