i now have a stationary bike and i’m managing to do an hour on it most days. Hopefully that will help shift some kgs

since i had my baby and realised i am now overweight and desperately in need of dropping some lbs I’ve had a heap of people give me all sorts of advice on what to eat, when to eat, what not to eat…
Today I finally had a breakthrough. Its not what I eat, I eat a good range of veges, some fruit, moderate fats…etc, Its the QUANTITIES!!! I have been shovelling too much food into my mouth every time I’ve eaten and I’ve been doing it for months in some sort of attempt to get some desperately needed energy to make up for my lack of sleep. Ironically ending up overweight has contributed to the exhaustion. I’m going to break the vicious cycle starting today. Less food, more exercise, eventually less weight and a slow return to decent energy levels.
