Treated myself... 3 months ago

to a manicure & pedicure today. Well, one of my leaving presents was a voucher for a hand & foot spa, which I put to good use. :)

Love the pedicure.



I've just completed this workout. 3 months ago

And I highly recommend it. To me it’s a great lower body workout.

In a funk again... 10 months ago

Back in a funk again… Just feel like crawling back into bed again in the mornings and am entirely unmotivated at work. I haven’t had a day off in the last three weeks and it shows. Working 5 days a week and college on the weekend just takes so much out of me…

At the moment I feel like crying and hiding from the world but the exam is only 7 days away and I can’t really afford to hide away for a little time…



Feeling a little better... 10 months ago

Am feeling a little better today. Not as exhausted and lost as I felt yesterday. Maybe just acknowledging the feeling has helped~

Have to do something about this exhausted state though…
