21 days!!!
I will miss it now if I don’t do it.
can I keep it up for 21 days ????
They say it only takes 21 days to form a new habit.
Since I don’t have a ‘last call of the day’ in my life, journaling is a nice substitute.
I will finally have some alone time this week. I need this one desperately.
I am losing focus on some very important things. Everything feels like a blur.
