stop pulling my hair

Had my hair permed and stopped pulling right away… I had done this in the past but always went back to pulling when it straightened up…

i think i’m bald now… ahhhhhhhhhhh

I was sitting on a BART train in SF last Saturday (and pulling my hair), when I noticed someone sitting across the train from me pulling his hair at the same time…

That scene was pretty weird and I stopped immediately. It might help me a lot if I had a mirror in front of me all the time

just can’t stop it.. am i too stressed recently?

There are times when I suddenly realized I was pulling my hair, so I put down my left hand, and started with my right hand almost immediately…geez

i finally remembered to not pull my hair today… and i had a hard time trying to settle my hand somewhere.
maybe i should hold something all the time.. and then i’ll need to get rid of that habbit

been doing this for more than 10 years…
