10 more today- dining room carpet, full push up. Going to start feeling that I’m doing them! It only takes a few days of doing them and all of a sudden I’ll do some thing and I’ll think – oh that is weird, why am I sore? And then I’ll remember, oh I’ve been doing push ups!
I try to do things once a day but it doesn’t seem to happen. I am going to try with this one….
DAY ONE. midnight – 10 push ups
just thought about them and dropped and did them. That is the cool thing about push ups you can do them anywhere…
So excited. I did something three days in a row. AWesome. I am so happy.
I am able to do 10 easily (well maybe not the last one but almost easy – if I keep this up I’ll be able to add more to the 10! )
Maybe I can even do 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening?
exercise is my new best friend.
I am done for the second day in a row! :) 10 push-ups is something I CAN DO!

I’m re-opening this goal and doing it again!
10 push-ups can create a workout that gets the heart pumping – along with the other “-ups” this is working out great.
I just need to get the knees up off the ground and I’ll be good to go!
