Now we just need to wait until it records!

I am going to call the bank soon and see if they moved the money over – the big chunk of money – the part we are borrowing. I wonder when we’ll have the keys???

I AM STARTING TO GET REALLY EXCITED!

so we are even closer. And I’ll find out the total amount I’ll have to provide to the escrow company from our savings. I hope we have just enough so we don’t have to ask mum and dad for assistance.

The bank called and the underwriter approved the loan – the papers are going to the escrow company on Monday – it looks like we’ll get funded on time and everything is going so smoothly now. I am still in shock that we are going to be in a home!

So, now we just need to see if the next step will be done soon and it looks like me might actually close on the day they first indicated – which would mean we have 13 days left of this process.

and I am sure still confused and trying my hardest to stay calm during the whole thing. I am looking forward to it being over soon.

the main reason we like this home is that it is near a mountain – great view, but the insurance companies don’t like it because we are too close to brush – so we are having a difficult time finding home owners insurance – how annoying.

The inspection was today – and there are issues but they are all normal and not expensive and not enough to stop us from going forward! Hummmmm – this means I might be moving!

Time to go write a check for the escrow company!

and sign the next round of paperwork. This is surreal!

Now what do we do? I am learning how to do this on my own day by day! CRazY!
