Keep you updated. My only concern is that I am naturally built very muscular. I’m nervous that if I follow the workout plan, with 3 hours a week alone to lift weights it will not give me the results I am looking for. Maybe I will do 1/2 hour of weights and 1/2 hour of cardio on lifting days, and still do the 3 day of 20 minutes of cardio… any suggestions?
