So…The two days after I wrote this down as a goal I actually did work out a little, but since then, I haven’t at all. I’ve just be so lazy. I have excuses, but I need to just find at least 15 minutes everyday to do this.
Right now, I’m a healthy weight…quite fit actually, but I want to be more toned. I want to get an overall more toned look, rather than just a slender look. I want to really work on my stomach, as well….get some hard abs :) I worked out tonight, so that’s a start at least.
