Ive improved a lot!! Ive lost a few lbs and gained a lot of upper body strength. Im proud of myself and im gonna keep up a healthy active lifestyle!

Today at the gym I got a fitness assessment from my trainer. My overall fitness is good, and right now my body fat is at around 21%, My goal being 17 or 18%. I feel like now I have a better understanding of where I am..and I’m not too far off from my goals :)
I went to the gym again today. Last Sunday I went to the gym and did my
first official 1hour workout. Then I suddenly got sick and canceled the plan to work out every day. Today was the day I went back. And I’m really determined to start seeing results!
so i have been working out at least 90 mins a week and im eating less processed food. its been two weeks and i already feel better. i just need to start drinking more water too :)
