I need to define this better - lights out by 10:15pm for 30 days. 8 months ago

i’ve almost completely broken the habit of staying up too late – thanks for flylady & getting old. and i really want to do this so i can get up early enough to exercise in the morning & have a nice breakfast/read the paper before work & school. and i need to get more sleep so that i can keep losing weight.

i’m kind of inspired by the zenhabits suggestion of being a morning person…
