So… in August 2007, my BMI was 37.
I did Weight Watchers for a while… lost some weight, and felt like I’d really achieved something. Then, I gave myself a rest from it, because I had other priorities. I didn’t really think it was something I could do half heartedly.
Here I am, April 2009. My BMI is 35.
I had a year off Weight Watchers, but I didn’t undo all the hard work I did…
But this week, I’m back.
I’ve had my final indulgences- a double cheeseburger, and a slice of caramel cheesecake… healthy eating here I come!

A friend of mine convinced me to join weight watchers with her.
In August when I joined, my BMI was 37.
Now, I’ve lost 8kg, and my BMI is 34.
I’m on the way!

My BMI was 34 when I was weighed and measured on Sunday at the Gym.
To be in the healthy range, I need to get my BMI down to under 25… so I have some work to do.

losing weight (on the list as getting my BMI into the healthy range for my height- but alas, this is a matter of semantics)
This requires organisation.
When I don’t have healthy food organised, I eat crap.
When I let myself get too busy, I don’t give myself time to exercise.
Must get organised…

Originally this goal was “lose 20kg”.
I’ve lost some weight, and gained some weight, and I have forgotten how much I weighed when I wanted to lose 20kg. And I think to be within the healthy range for my height, I actually need to lose more than 20kg!
So instead, I’m aiming to have a BMI which is in the healthy range… ah, semantics!

And 17 to go!
I suppose I could change this goal to “lose 17kg” but I won’t.
I’d rather wait until I can click on “I’ve done this” for this goal, before I add any other goals about losing weight!
