so i lost about 4 pounds in the last week. well, 3-4. exercise and not eating but yesterday i binged, nd this morning i had half an apple. so im going to get back on track with my not eating. aim for 4 days instead of 1. so i been walking everywhere and i rode my bike.. bla bla.. its jsut my damn stomach is so FAT! it wont go down like its supposed to. and i refuse to do pilates until it is basically flat cuz then ill just be building muscle underneath and itll look bigger, grrr

i lost like 8 pounds in a few weeks and i got down to 120, nopw im gaining back cuz i cant stop eating. HELP!

i made my own tracking sheet. i have one for weight watchers but it feels better making one myself like i am in control of my weight and i write down my weight every day. its niow 129.6 as of waking up this morning. i want to get down to 100, 105 or 110 as a long term goal. but short term, 125, 120, or 115. i’ll focus on losing these last 4 pounds to get to 125. my sis and i are going to an indoor pool today so it should help..if you have suggestions, please add.. im desperate lol, jk

im trying to cut back on foods i shouldnt eat and eat more fruits and vegetables. i already drank one cup of water i need 5 more. i like to drink 6 a day. but anyways.. my sister and i made spaghetti squash with extra virgrin olive oil (2 tsp) garlic and aregano and pepper. it is so good. its an alternative to pasta. it taste like spaghetti, hence the name. its like eating carbs and not feeling guilty lol. but i do bad with eating too much oatmeal, cereal, and RITZ crackers. i need to up my fruits n veggies. i also made a carrot celery and apple juice today and had oatemeal with soy milk and strawberries this morning. im good!! but i dont want to be eating too much lol, portion control plz!!

not getting any closer, more far away actually. when i suck in my stomach the best i can, its ALMOST flat… now if I could have that without sucking my stomach in that would be lovely. In the past like last year I was like an inch away or less frmo a flat stomach, then I gain like 15 pounds or whatever. Still I’m not going anywhere soon, still pigging out on whatever I want, I just am scared to eat all my moms weight watchers candy bars lol because shell get mad because im not supposed to on my plan lol. I keep wanting to buy a bag of dark chocolate chips but i know ill need to buy like 10 of them because id prob finish one in a day! HAHA. any assistance is welcome lol. I’m good at giving advcie I just don’t follow it. I suck! LOL
