I have a pole in my basement I practice with almost every day. Except when I’m not in the mood. But it most always uplifts me when I blast some hot pole dancing music on and start doin my thing. I just need to be quicker with wrapping my legs around and the turns. Making smoother turns. Any tips on how to improve flexibility lol>!
