I read in a great book that eating protein for breakfast really helps to prevent the urge to snack on sweets. So… I have tried eating organic healthy peanut butter on rice cakes in the morning and, by golly, it worked. Try it! Eat an egg or meat or peanuts or something. That isn’t to say that I don’t want sugar – but I am generally safe until noon.
