lol my mum bought the nicest loaf of bread ever today…and i just wanted to eat it all day! is 7 slices a little extreme?! and i ate sweets as well. oops! man when im off work i just eat out of boredom all day.
ahhh well im going to go cycling in a bit. Try and burn at least 500kcal to get todays total down to my 1500kcal target.

im so proud of myself. all morning at work i was craving chcolate so bad, and planning on having macdonalds or something for dinner…i just wanted to eat junk…and lots of it lol. im so glad i was at work though and by the afternoon all cravings were gone and i stuck to my 1500kcal target =]

so much for a good day. we had family round, lots to eat and then lots of chocolate afterwards. if im honest i didnt even want to say no =/
at least i burned some of it off at work

s – too much alcohol =/ ...magners, becks, malibu + coke (800kcal worth eek!)

gosh alcohol really adds calories when i add it all up, and its not like i was choosing ‘healthy’ options either :/ next time i need to stick to spirits and diet mixers!!! i just like beer and cider too much… im a man at heart lol.

so yeah, i finally got the courage to step on the scales for the first time in about 3 weeks, and it wasnt good…ive gained 3lb back.
grr im so mad at myself because im exactly the same weight i was a month ago!!

im trying to look on the bright side that ive still lost 9lb… but the scales are not heading in the right direction!
i need to be a lot stricter, stick to no more than 1500kcal/day and do more exercise. this time next month i hope to have lost about 8lb (2lb/week)... but hmm… after this weigh in im not feeling very optomistic lol

went to go see the dark knight tonight which is awesome btw if you havnt already seen it =] didnt even get remotely tempted by the sweets and popcorn!! yay!
