I took a step in the right direction for this one. I decided to accept the fact that, for now at least, I am not a size 8 or 10 anymore. I bought clothes that fit and reflect my new larger size. I don’t think I look particularly sexy or anything, but at least I have more to chose from then just one pair of pants and over sized shirts.
