I’m definitely doing better at this. I’m feeling less depressed and consequently am spending less time just sitting around. I’d like to improve on this more, but I’m doing better.

I have been wasting a lot less time now that I have a temp job. It gets me motivated to do other things. I’ve been accomplishing lots of little goals and tasks that I’ve been putting off all summer. Let’s hope I can carry this into the school year..
I’ve been sleeping waaay too much. I gotta get back on a regular sleep schedule. Espeeeeecially since I’ll have to be at work at 7 every morning. Today I did clean and do some yoga stretches.
This is a major goal and one that is really hard to do! I spend a lot of time on the computer, watching tv, sleeping, or just wandering around the house. I have things I want to do, but I’m afraid to start them. Plenty of plans, but no action. I’m gonna start by outlining goals for the day and creating a loose schedule.
