every day i am walking, and getting stronger and thinner… new job is full of purpose and satisfaction and exercise. Thnx JRM.

worked out yesterday on recumbant bike for 16 minutes – didn’t feel too hot, but did it anyway…

ready to push for another milestone… 10 more pounds and I’ll reach it…

waist sizes!

walked 13 miles in the last 11 days, which may not sound like much, but 7 of those were during two trips to Atlanta in the last 8 days…

feeling great! legs strong, mind clearer…

i am not going to say how much i’ve lost because i don’t want to start that kind of mental process… just that i am in motion again…

may be moving back into Shuttle engineering! i’ll keep my fingers crossed…

Felt the shift... 3 years ago

after lifting bag after bag of concrete, and lifting lumber all weekend…

physicality coming back after a sessation due to a year and a half of intense mental work in developing the model, and infrastructure and business around it…

don’t know if you know what I mean, but after a period of inactivity the body becomes passive, and there is that wonderful feeling of strength and “aliveness” that comes after working out…



could be doing better... 3 years ago

just so busy as to not be focused on food planning and regular exercise… need to get back in my groove and make it happen. I’ve got all the resources and no good excuse.
