an hour in the morning… and thirty minutes at lunch…
feelin’ fit…
a woman from work asked me to dinner and paid! Gotta love her!
it’s amazing how people surface at just the right time…
last week i called a guy listed at “one of the most creative minds in business today!” up and asked him if he wanted to fly here and see a night shuttle launch from my boat…
he and is wife, 78+ years old, are coming in on Thursday to visit and see the launch! I never imagined the boat would give me the opportunity to create this kind of fun for people…
he and his wife have been working with groups in conflict for 50 years (!) and he is going to be a Beta Tester on my website that allows massive organizations see exactly where, and what type, of conflict they are experiencing, as well as the specific things they can do to start working through it… It is such an amazing thing…
you just gotta think out of the box, and act my friends… just make it happen! this is the same thing i did when i called an orlando radio station that was doing a ‘pay for play’ weekend for charity and i had the crazy idea to see if they’d let me play live for $150… they did! People who recognized me called and made bids for more money and in 2 hours we raised $2700 more…
Life is so much fun!
Pinch me… Two of the worlds best conflict resolution specialists are coming to see me and study my model, and have a beer and watch a night launch of the Shuttle!!! How cool is that!

before I was to help my friend Chaz and his wife move to their new house… worked for 4 hours lugging, moving and toting…
feel awesome today…
don’t feel sore… just clear headed and ready to go…
the web development continues on my corporate site and we’re in beta testing… it’s amazing how physical health can make stress just another item on a check list as opposed to a cloud of funk that blurs and blinds one’s thinking…
the developers are working 14 hour days, and Mike and I are working to stay ahead of them.
i hope you get out for a walk today… a nice long, mind clearing, spirit lifting walk… with NO ipod… just be a part of the world, not driven by a new agenda and beat every 3.5 minutes, written and sung by someone who doesn’t know where you are right now… i hope you’ll enjoy the conversation in your own mind… and see where it takes you… planning a new vacation… working through some “stuff” you need to deal with… envisioning a better way for you and those you love… talking to people at the 7-11 where you stop and get a water… enjoying the sounds of nature… or just being with the noises of society…

this weekend.
It wasn’t the best time ever, but I got it done.
Truth be know I only ran 2 or the 3 miles, but that’s twice as far as my last run…
marginally pathetic, but it is progress i am happy with…

pounds…
got an Ashiatsu massage today by a cool woman whose toes were amazing!
...just got bit by a mosquito… it’s November for crying… uhemm…. buzzing out loud!!!
shin splints have laid me up for a few days…
ready for a cool weekend with temps in the 40s…
went out on boat with 2 guy friends last night… shot the shit, told stories, laughed and then went and had all you can eat ribs…
it was awesome…
still daydream of the huntress aboard the boat…
mix her up a rum and coke and set the anchor…
yeah, that sounds full of inuendo… it’s meant to!
Actually, i’d like to talk with her and listen to Jimmy Buffet’s
song “trip around the sun…” and laugh…
then i’d toss her in the water and run around the boat and yell… “someone get her a life vest!!!” and drink her rum and coke! While i laughed hysterically knowing my butt was about to be kicked by a woman half my body weight…

ten miles on friday… would’ve walked 13 had I not lucked out and had a friend stop and give a ride back over the bridge and drop me off at the Home Depot four miles from my house…. i left the house at 9:15 am, and got home at 2:30pm. It was a wonderful day, and the first time I ever walked over the bridge over the indian river…
today i walked back from dinner at the local bbq place. the weather was cooling and it was a great walk…
got my appetite back a bit today… maybe that’s not so much a good thing.

first mile I’ve run in six years… yeah, i know that’s pathetic, but i’m more of a walker… it felt awesome… promptly leaned over and dry heaved… it was worth it.
i’ve lost 20 pounds in the last five weeks. I feel awesome. Getting my swagger back.

took a good walk the other day, but have been consumed by the development and testing of my “model” and the website we’re developing to collect data and populate it…
mental wonderful… physical stagnation…
it’s tough to balance both when the ideas, progress and opportunities are coming…
