One of the few nicely displayed pictures we have are from my parents’ honeymoon cruise which they finally went on after having 3 children. My dream is to send them on another. They still have two children living at home, one of which has a disability and requires a lot of care. They both work full-time and try to upkeep and update our home while simultaneously keeping dinner on the table. My Mom put me through college by working full-time and my dad drives my sister to all of her soccer games and tournaments.
They’re amazing and do all of the above things with a smile on their face and make time for their kids. To top it all off they both recently lost their fathers. My parent need a vacation!! I want to find a really good job so that I can send them on their dream cruise. :)
