Life on Air – by David Attenborough
My Sony Reader is broken, the screen is bust- because I was taking it on the bus to work in a flimsy bag and I think it got bashed or trodden on. savage.
Well I always had a sneaky feeling that although practical it was aesthetically and spiritually a bit damp, so I’m kind of glad though I’ll miss the utility.
For the reading list:
The Experience of Nature: A psychological perspective – by Rachel and Stephen Kaplan
The Paradox of Choice: Why More is Less – by Barry Schwarz

I really enjoy hitting on a random ‘trail’ of reading, and the meandering adventures it takes me on. I always think it’s a real shame I haven’t been keeping track of this reading roadmap so far, so I’d like to create a reading wishlist and also a list of what I have read from now onwards….
For my own record I guess but also for interest, to see patterns and the like.
To kick off:
I want to read:
Full Tilt by Dervla Murphy- an irishwoman who rode by bike from Dublin to Delhi in the 60s- amazing!
Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire – Harnessing the Infinite Power of Coincidence, Deepak Chopra- fits with my enjoyment of the concept of flow in life- one of the things this reading list will celebrate
I’m currently reading:
The Long, Dark, Teatime of the Soul- Douglas Adams
- This book and Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency which is the prequel are not only a joy to read and a laugh a minute but also a poignant and astute exploration of the human condition and various things to do with existentialism and belief. 5 Stars!
