I started off with some lovely seeded wholemeal soda bread, because I’m impatient and a bit lazxy- great combo- meaning yeast and rising and so one puts me off- I want instant gratification to get me fired up for making bread, then maybe I can do slow awesome bread as a meditative thing rather than an urge to eat bread warm from the over thing.
