over winter I have gained about 3 kilos.. Im not overweight, but I dont feel comfortable I would like to get fitter. I made a decision today to start eating healthier again and exersising more. Ive just joined a womens only gym, so hopefully that will help aswell!

I dont know why I put this as a goal.. Ive never been big, and over the last year Ive lost about 8 kg or so, just by eating healthier and exercising. I do fear gaining weight though.. and any weight I lose, is a good thing, because it furthers me from getting fat. But what Im really aiming for is developing healthy eating habbits.
