i read somewhere that rewarding yourself helps a lot… so every day i exercise, i put $2 in a jar that i can spend on myself at the end of the month. it really helps :)
i’ve been making tons of fruit smoothies (yum) and limiting my candy… which is so hard, cuz i’m an emotional eater, especially when i’m stressed
i really want to tone up for so many occasions: my friends 21st birthday party next month, plus i’m traveling around europe this summer. it’s been one week… and i’ve only lost one pound. ugh.
