Have life experiences that make interesting stories

I am not sure any longer if the problem lies in the lack of interesting experiences. It seems more and more that it is simply the story-telling skills that I need.

ya know, my life can be pretty cool sometimes :D

Lots of good stories could be titled that, I’m sure.
Mine was Brad, who thinks I’m beautiful, that I should be a professional dancer, and missed any reasonable part of me and nearly made me blind by kissing my eyelid.
A short but amusing one to be filed away.

I wish this more readily in my control, but even then I’m not so sure I could make it happen…

sounds like a good story to me, but I don’t have the guts, lifestyle, morals, gender, and talent to do that.

I’m failing at this, or maybe I’m simply failing at discovering those interesting things, because whenever someone asks “What’s new?” or realizes they’ve been dominating the conversation and want to switch it over to me, I become awkwardly aware of the lots of nothing I have to tell them.

How do these become so natural for some people?
