go to more museums

ok – step in the right direction. I was in Chicago a couple of weekends ago, and while I was there I went to the Art Institute. I was mostly in the European section, which was incredible. I stopped by the American galleries and I was a little disappointed that American Gothic was on loan..I felt like I was running through the galleries, since I didn’t have much time before closing. Will schedule more time for my next visit!

Tons of stuff happening in the city that I want to see – the deco lalique exhibit, the new Asian wing at the museum…but instead I got a manicure. My nails are now beautifully shaped and shiny, but I haven’t learned a thing about Chinese architecture.
But, there’s always next week…
