Im doing so good.
I’ve been working out everyday for a month now.
Every week, I skip atleast one or two days to give my body the relaxation and rest it needs though.
I’m up to running about 3 miles a day and doing cardio for an hour after that. I feel so invigorated and I’m starting to see real results and its making me feel so good about myself and my bodyy. :)

im doing crunches and diff ab exercises everday.
my tummy seems tighter… good feeling. :)
So i got OnDemand in my dorm room with Comcast Cable.
I absolutely love it because it has the free excercise programs that you can watch. I was so excited so now I turn on the Pilates or Yoga videos on there and do that atleast 3-4 times a week.
Its relaxing and its exercise. I’m getting better at this exercising more thing :)
Im so lazy. I much rather lay in bed or go out with friends other than exercise. I look int he mirror and hate the figure I see.
I force myself on a diet and I’ve been sticking to it but exercise is also needed. It seems like I have the urge to go exercise cause it makes me feel better about myself but then its like the urge goes away before I actually start exericing. I need some ideas on how to maybe kickstart an exerise routine and stick to it.
