So I was 151 on Dec 31st 2006. My goal by my friend’s wedding (which I am in) on September 8, 2007 is to be 130 lbs. Five more pounds! Two and a half months to do it… I think I can handle it!
So I have lost about 10 lbs since January 1st and I would really like to lose 10 more. However, I lost the first 10 lbs in the first 8 weeks and haven’t lost a darn thing since February (but have still been hitting the gym 4 times a week and have still been doing less than 1500 cals a day). I have a metabolic disorder, which makes it tough for me to manage my energy (and for my metabolism to actually do its job), but that’s not really a good enough excuse for me to be stagnant. My doctor and personal trainer are totally stumped and I am totally frustrated. I’m not by any means giving up, but I need some new activities… and this 1400 calorie business is getting boring ;-) Ideas?
