I am loving cake classes! I am only two classes into Wilton course I, but so far so good. I’ve learned to make the icings, learned to use the different tips, I can ice the cakes, line them any way I want, write on them, and free-hand draw on them. I need practice with all of that, of course. But I have learned it. Next class, the rose :)
Step one: sign up for class. Check. I’ll be taking introductory Wilton classes during the month of June and I can’t wait. I bought my student kit and I am beyond excited.
