Rarely do I use this word but when I do it makes me cringe… not so much when I hear other people say it (tho I do have a few friends who use it WAY to abundantly…), but enough that when I do I wish I could take it back… because i don’t think it should be used unless in fits of horrible anger… which is not something that I do often… so I would like to work on cutting it out completely…. I say flip alot in it’s place already… like “that’s flipping ridiculous…”

I use these words way to much:
believe
feel
their
need to consult my thesaurus cause I am afraid of falling into a rut.
replaced the f word with “flip”.... for example…. “I can’t get this flipping guitar to tune right… which suits me a lot better… I am one of those people that when I try to yell or be angry people just laugh at me… it’s quite hilarious… It just doesn’t fit my personality when I try to yell or be angry… hard for me to stay angry… but that doesn’t mean that I haven’t said things that have hurt other people… if I am in one of those rare moods I have the tendency to say words that can hurt… but it doesn’t take me long to feel extremely guilty and apologize… and the guilt follows me long after everything has been said and done…people have too much on thier plate for me to be adding to it by saying things that are negative and harmful…
I say a few random words that I am not proud of… passes my lips before any actual thought goes into it… easy to forget that words have power… but if I fret over them too much am I just giving them more power… I am not easily offended by the words that others use…but that doesn’t give me any right to let things slide out of my lips without thought or consequence…
