As I’m not so good at making my own technical drawings, I decided to look on the internet for some help and tips on how to design your own home. I ended up bumping into this site: http://www.smallblueprinter.com/sbp.html It lets you make your own plan, with correct measurememnts and such. Which is certainly a great help for me! Although I’m looking more forward to designing the interior, but of course these things need thinking about, too.

And no, I’m not an advertiser for this site, I just think it’s a very good idea!

One thing at a time... 7 months ago

I’d so love to do this, but I have so many different and contrasting ideas in my head, it’s going to take me quite a while to make up my mind and decide on anything. I think I’ll start with a list of the things I want most, look at different web pages on the net, and hopefully progress from there!
