I haven’t lost any flexibility. I have learned a bunch of important things about my right hip after seeing the pt for 8 sessions! I’ll have to put the excercises to use now. Also I joined the Y and went a few times.
This is not the leap I was imagining.
It is a kind of slow progress.

Actually, I started 2 days ago: I bought a book http://tinyurl.com/yqbyhy
which stands up and “takes me through” an easy healthy-back routine. Step one is done! I did not give away my pilates machine and I am glad. I will make space in my craft room and have a cosy winter workout area alongside my crafting.
