When I was in my basic course ( Art of Living), my guru actually asked us to chew our food about 36 times each bite~ so it’s really slow. I noticed that when i chew more, the food in my mouth tastes better~ I enjoyed my food more than ever.
However, i did not practice this as sometimes I just put the food in my mouth and swallow after chewed a few times(especially yummy food) even when I’m not in a hurry. ;( Somehow, I’ve forgotten the art of eating I learned earlier.
Now, I gonna eat slowly, taste n enjoy food to the fullest~ It’s good for digestion as well. =)
