cure my insomnia

Which is all that’s on at 2:30 AM when I always seem to wake up and can’t get back to sleep. My doctor has me on restoril and doesn’t think I’ll ever be able to fall asleep without it, but I’m not able to stay asleep, even with taking two of them at bedtime. At least they don’t leave me zoned out the next day and they aren’t narcotic. For me, it’s even more important to get my sleep under control, since it’s a big trigger for my bipolar episodes. Right now might not be the best time to have great expectations for this one, though, since my father just died Friday and I’m helping my stepmom make it through, but I need enough to keep it together so I can be there for her.
