eating less... 12 months ago

this isn’t going as planned.

i’ll eat well + less for like three days.
then i’ll go for the BBQ or pizza or more specifically
candy and cookies and junk.
it’s sick.



ughh 14 months ago

ok.
so, i’m still eating crap.
over the weekend, i had to go to my dad’s house.
and it all started with a bag of gummy worms on the
plane. then tacos. then a non-skinny latte with extra sugar.
then FRIED FOOD at the fair. then more junk, and so on and so forth.
i basically ate a ton and it was all gross, nasty food.

i gained three or four pounds, so now i look gross in my cheer uniform.

BUT since i’ve been home, i’ve been eating less, but what i do eat is junk food. it’s absolutely appalling.
i’m trying to drink more water, but i usually forget to fill up
my bottle before class (plus some teachers don’t let you go to the bathroom)

i think that for the next few days i’m going to detox with lots of green tea, water, leafy greens (ahem, spinach) and more protein. i’m going to cut out the majority of carbs and sugars and salt.

i’ll do this until saturday.

i feel nasty.
all weekend i’ve been eating.
not because i’m hungry, but socially.
and if i eat anything else, i’m going to puke.

i’m talking fried food (wayyyy too much, btw) at the state
fair, unhealthy food, chocolate, cookies, doughnuts, candy.. the list goes on. and i haven’t even been hungry!!

it’s sick.
i’m detoxing all this next week.
bring on the green tea and water!!

my lack of hungry is getting insane.

today i drank like a liter of water, but
i’ve only eaten a mini dark chocolate bar (aka fun size)
and a 90 cal granola bar.
oh, and an airhead. it was my friend’s but he put my lock on my locker backwards, so i ate it out of revenge.

the airhead had 60 cal, the granola bar was 90 cal, and the chocolate bar had 73 cal.
so all together i’ve had 223 cal today which is NOT GOOD. first off, i need to eat better things with lower sugar content, and second, i need to freaking eat more.

i have this thing where i don’t eat if i’m not hungry, but normally i’m hungry when i wake up, so i eat breakfast. then i’m hungry at lunch, so i eat then. and then after practice, i’m starving, so i’ll have a snack, then like two hours later i’ll eat dinner.

but i’m just not hungry. i guess i’ll have to force myself to eat.

so, recently, i’ve not been hungry at all!
i used to eat like a pig, but now i’m never hungry.

like today, i had a bite (literally) of a bagel around 7:00 am, then a mini dark chocolate bar around 1:45, and just now, a scoop of pasta. it’s now 8:26.

and i wasn’t hungry all day. it’s not like i’m saying “hey! let’s eat practically nothing today!”

i’m simply not hungry.

i eat so much, and it’s all junk food.

like today, i woke up, and had a pack of little bite muffins.
then, a like a fourth of a pint of ice cream, followed by a pack of marshmallow cookies, and more muffins.

then, for dinner i had some spicey udon noodles, and half a pack of chocolate chewies, and part of a pumpkin eclair.

i don’t eat like that all the time, but it’s becoming more frequent.
