I’ve been thinking of how to discourage myself from eating junk. I’ve thought of putting a monetarty fine system but this wouldn’t really work since the money is not really going anywhere but back into my purse. So, today as I was eating my Whopper Jr, I thought, I wonder how many calories are in a whopper jr and it hit me, That’s it! For every calories of junk that I eat, I would have to spend that much more time at the gym to burn those calories off. Now, to answer my question, “how many calories in a whopper jr?” It’s 430. That’s about 45 minutes in the cross-trainer.

Yesterday was good. I owe myself $7. I need to change my pricing plan, 50 cents per fruit instead. I ate a banana, an orange, a pear, an apple, a cup of carrots. And drank 1 and a half bottle of water.
Moved junk food on the top shelf and put the fruits on the table. And I hid my weighing scales, too. I will only weigh myself once a week.
And lastly, stick to the plan, stick to the plan, stick to the plan.
- drink more water (start with 1.5L/day)
- eat more fruits (start with 3/day)
- EXERCISE (3 times/week – start with 30 min/session)
The reward… a new wardrobe! What could be a better incentive than go shopping for a whole new wardrobe, but since this contradicts goal #1, I will pay myself for every time I stick to the plan. E.G. If I drink 1 bottle in 1 day, I pay myself $1. Hopefully, when I’ve lost the 24 pounds, I’d have enough money for the wardrobe!
