  • Read and took notes on Your Heart’s Desire.
  • Replied to all old emails of 2006!

  • Notes on Ask and it is Given.
  • Notes on Dare to Connect. [done]
  • Reading and notes on Be Your Own Life Coach. [read most, skipped notes]
  • Sort and post remaining photos (Italy…).

While I do in general want to finish what I start, sometimes it’s important to know when to let something go, and not debate whether to devote any more energy to it. A light example, but I gave up on reading any more of The Wisdom of the Enneagram for now since there are other books that are a higher priority.

I finished reading Rolfing – Structural Integration. What it achieves, how it works and whom it helps. to help prepare for the 10 sessions.

Probably the main reason that I have trouble finishing what I’ve started is that I’ve started too many things. I follow the next spark of interest too easily. As an example, I must have at least a dozen part-read books at this point. Maybe lists like these will be helpful to file away new interests for the time being, so I can stay focused on my current pursuits without adding more and diluting my energy. Not to mention that documenting progress (or noticing non-progress) will probably make me feel more accountable for my lack of follow-through.

I just finished reading Eat to Live in entirety. Yeah!
