My life has been very hectic the past year. I’ve fallen off in my routine. I will need to change this. This week is not a good week to start, but I will start taking advantage of my membership next week.

Went cycling with T twice this weekend and boy is my butt sore. It takes some time to get your sit bones ready for riding. I better keep this up, as I’ve got a ride in a little over a month and half that is 3x as long over the weekend.

I got up this am and went for 2 bike rides. 25+ on the road bike, followed by a few hrs on the mountain bike. I’m so dead right now. There is no way I’m not going to be in serious pain tomorrow.

It was a great day for a ride. Hammered the hills, grabbed a few wheels and spun the big gear all day.
I was cooked on the last 5 miles, and JD and coasted to the finish.

I’ve gone nearly full circle in a little over a year. I went from 0-> 100 working out 6 days a week. I’m back down to about 2-3 days a week. I’d like to ride to work 2x a week, hit the gym to life 2x, and generally be active one more day a week… I’m doing about 1/3 of that. Riding 2x a week, but not to work both times, and being semi active 1 other time, and avoiding the gym and lifting entirely.
So… My plan for next week, weather permitting. Ride monday, lift tuesday, ride with the guys wed or thursday and lift again on fridy. Do something (kayak likely) on saturday / sunday hike? motorcycle?

2 weeks of vacation. Thankfully we are active vacationers, not sit around and do nothing and get fat on vacation. Did about 200 mi while I was away. I rode into work this am. Took about 1:20. Not too bad. I got killed on some hills. I think it was because I haven’t riden since I’ve been back. OTherwise, my weight seems to be creeping back up. :(
Gotta get back on the eat right, often, work out right, often plan again.

Gym yesterday, first time in 2-3 weeks. I’m up 12 lbs.
Brought in my stuff for today. Hope to tread mill it.
Need to find my focus again. If the weather was better, I’d be considering riding in. I need to check the forcast for the week. I need to bring in regular clothes to have at my desk, incase I do get good weather.

I don’t recall 100%. I biked 10 miles at a shot, 30mins.
Lots of cardio, no lifting. I’m going to have to do arms next week. With the new bike, no cardio will be necessary.

was solid for the first 2 weeks of feb, then nothing.
Hit it yesterday, just cardio. I’m really looking forward to being able to buy a road bike, and being able to cycle into work.
20 mi a way, by I think I can handle that, in the name of getting into hella good shape.
