Based on what I read in an article on larger breakfasts helping people in the longer run of weight loss.
500 cal cereal breakfast
300 cal lunch
100 cal snack
500 cal dinner
It’s 3:00 PM here. I’ve just had the 100 cal snack but I’m still full from breakfast and lunch, so I might do this from now on! :D
okay… i gave up a while ago and put all the weight back on… well i’m going to do it again this time- slower and work out how many calories i’ll need to maintain the goal weight!!!
i’ve lost 1 lb so far. probably more, but i’m only letting myself weigh every thursday and i’ve done a target list. i have to lose 1 lb a week and i’m doing before and afteer photos haha!
Lost 0.4 this week.
Total loss: 3.2 lbs
It’s not fast, but atleast I’m losing less muscle and more fat I suppose.
I’m just happy, it’s steady and I am more likely to stick to it.
Not enough time to excercise anymore. Instead, I’m consuming 1200 calories. I hope this won’t slow my metabolism down.
What do you think?
I really can’t be bothered to burn 390 calories everyday. It takes so long. I need excercise though, or I feel horrible, so I’m going to burn off 200 a day by walking, then I’m going to eat more healthily to make up for it.
Tomorrow, I’m having:
Alpen for breakfast,
at college:
4 wholmeal crackers
light crackers and cheese snack
carrots
cucumbers
that will last me way beyone 1:00, which is when college ends, and will add up to about 500 calories. Not bad!
I’ve been waling alot the last few days, but have lose no weight… Could I be just gaining muscle, and then I wil lose weight?
Another 400 calories today. Got to save up for a treadmill intime for the winter. AAAH!!
I’m not worrying about what I eat. I generally only eat healthily anyway because I like foods which fill me up, such as muslea, wholemeal bread, apples, etc…

I really can’t wait until July. I’m gona weigh 8 stone! (112 lbs) and I’m gong to Teneriffe with some friends, and I’ll probably be the only girl, so it’ll be a bit embarassing if I’m wearing shorts and I’m the weight I am now!
I’ve found pictures of models who are around my height and weigh 112 so I know roughly what I’ll look like :)
I’m forbidding myself to weigh untill 1st October. SO HARD! I’m going to weigh first of each month (yeah right!) so I notice the changes more and feel more proud.
