sell my car

though I have to be frank and admit I had a very lucky break. I put up lots of ads but only once because I didn’t get a lot of response. It was sold in the end to a helpful family member who, admittedly, needed a car, but still it feels like I was being done a large favor. I really should have gotten rid of my car a lot earlier as it had been sitting there for a year without anyone using it and all the time losing value faster than a Catholic priest can say a Hail Mary. So I feel bad about not putting in more effort earlier and good about getting rid of it of course. A mixed bag, but hey, the car is gone and I guess that’s what matters.

Yesterday evening I took a few pictures of the car and put it up for sale on several websites focussing on this sort of transaction, so let’s hope it pays off… Now I wonder why I’ve been procrastinating so badly, it only took me about two hours to do all that and I haven’t driven the car for six months :/. But let’s be positive, forget about that and now try to keep it up until it’s sold.
